Residential Complex 'via Marchi'

The residential complex consists of two towers, for a total of twenty apartments, it was designed and built, following the protocol KlimaHouse A-GOLD.
The goal, also achieved through the use of energy from renewable sources, was to have a maximum consumption of primary energy (Eph) of 11.28 [kWh / m² x year] with zero CO2 emissions.
As construction system, it was decided to use precast concrete panels, with glass wool for the outer insulation, and wood-aluminum windows.
As air-conditioning system, it has been used a low temperature centralized distribution system, with controlled mechanical ventilation for the renewal of indoor air, powered by a geothermal heat pump, fed in turn by photovoltaic panels. It is thus achieved energy independence.
