The residential complex consists of two buildings of three floors, plus a basement, for a total of 90 garage, 12 shops, 60 apartments. Both buildings are organized around a central pedestrian plaza. The design intent was to create spaces that foster the encounter between people, and, at the same time, to give visibility to the commercial activities.
The choice of materials and colors was guided by the link with tradition, wood both for windows and part of the facade, gneiss for the floor of the arcades; anthracite iron for railings and columns of the arcades. The roof is of painted aluminum panels.
Inside the public spaces, many green areas have been created.
